In this post, I am going to perform nuclei segmentation using StarDist in Fiji/ImageJ. You can install the StarDist plugin as per the instructions here.
The video below shows nuclei segmentation in the Drosophila adult midgut using a pre-trained model Versatile (fluorescent nuclei).
